Giacinto is a chartered accountant, auditor, and court-appointed expert, and he has been providing business consulting services to Italian and international companies and groups since 1983.

• Having previously worked as Managing Director at Arthur Andersen Process Solutions, Arthur Andersen Integrated Business Services, Arthur Andersen Shared Services and served as COO of Arthur Andersen Italia, he then became COO at ERNST & YOUNG and Managing Partner of the Law and Tax Firm in alliance with Ernst & Young.
• He has conducted several business valuations, sworn appraisals, and extensive due diligence work. Giacinto has considerable experience in supporting and advising clients on extraordinary business transactions and M&A, as well as in business turnarounds and succession.
• He currently holds the office of Board Member, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Statutory Auditor in a number of major private and public sector organizations, including listed companies and subsidiaries of listed companies.
• He was adjunct lecturer at the Bocconi University of Milan (“Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis”). He has attended numerous courses and conferences on corporate governance, strategic planning, and business management both in Italy and abroad.
